From the ALF Ireland Press Office:

"In the early hours of this morning, July 8th 2003 ,Circus Vegas was paid a visit by the ALF during it's stay in Celbridge,Ireland, because of it's use of animals.

The majority of the direction signs and advertising posters were removed.

Large metal signs had red paint poured over them and one of their trucks had brake-fluid thrown across it.

Signs were pasted around the Celbridge area, by the ALF, informing local residents of the reasons why they should boycott this circus.

Circus Vegas has been targetted several times before and will continue to be targetted as long as they continue to use animals.

ALF Ireland's message to Circus Vegas is that the ALF is not clowning around. The ALF will not allow animals to be seen as entertainment objects. "
