In December 2007,
Rod Coronado entered a guilty plea to one count of "distribution
of information relating to explosives, destructive devices, and weapons
of mass destruction," relating to a speech he gave in San Diego in
2003. In exchangce for a guilty plea, the U.S. government agreed to ask
only for a one-year prison sentence, and drop pending charges in Arizona
and Washington, D.C. On May 12, 2008, Rod Coronado reported to prison
to begin his 12 month sentence.
