NETHERLANDS:
May 19th - Voorschoten - ABN AMRO office get the paint and slogans treatment. (ABN AMRO is the bank of the primate lab BPRC.)

May 19th - Rijswijk - Slogans spraypainted near the BPRC.

May 25th - Amsterdam/Zutphen - ABN AMRO offices and cashmachines get the paint and slogans treatment. Three in Amsterdam and one in Zuthpen.

May 27th - Utrecht - Cashmachine ABN AMO sabotaged.

June 3rd - Nijmegen - Animal rights activists have painted the Central Animal Lab in Nijmegen and windows smashed. With this action animal rights activists are putting the attention on animaltesting centers like the CDL in Nijmegen and this is a signal to all animal testing labs in the Netherlands. The tests done in CDL are for students and science. Animal testing is cruel. Almost no money is going to alternatives and scientists should use existing alternatives, over 450 by now. These methods are more efficient and reliable.

The CDL admits that they are responsible for a lot of animal cruelty. The CDL states that animals are risking damage their health, pain, and other suffering. Animals are dying. They also admitt that animal testing isn't working "We have to be carefull with the results coming out of animal testing. Even though extended animal tests products have been marketed causing suffering to humans. In the 50s a sleepingmiddle caused damage to babies. And the DES Hormone caused tumors.

It's crazy CDL continues with these animal tests. For the closure of all
animal labs. Actions will continue.

May 26th - Aalst: Windows smashed of a McDonalds and a furshop. ALF spraypaint left behind. Unfortunately 2 people were arrested during that night. They are in prison awaiting trial:

"We think that the way animals are treated in our society is a scandal, barbaric and pervert.We're doing this for all the mink who have to spend their entire life in a cage with the meaning to be killed so one rich upperclass idiot can wear their coat as a status symbol. Stop the killing. Stop the respectless behaviour towards animals. Stop cannibalism, Go vegan!"
